As a graduate of Le Cordon Blue Culinary School in Paris France I had the honor to cook for Princess Grace Kelly of Monaco and opened 4 Hotel/casino resorts in Las Vegas then moved into developing menus in the airline industry. I always wanted to take on a challenge. My goals and projects in joining Certus are allowing me to bring comfort home cooking to tease our residents' palates.
